Your rights
Cancellation, return and refund rights are governed by applicable consumer law, including Israeli distance-sale rules where applicable. Statutory periods, exceptions and any permitted fees apply; this policy does not reduce those rights.
Opened or used products
Opening packaging or using a product once does not automatically remove every right to a return or refund. Eligibility depends on applicable law, the product and the circumstances. Rights relating to defects, incorrect items or misleading descriptions remain protected.
Requesting a return
Use the store contact details in your Shopify order confirmation and include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Confirm the correct return address before posting an item; a supplier address may not be the return address. Keep proof of your request and postage.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report defects or incorrect items with your order number and available photos. Any return charges, cancellation fees and refund timing must comply with applicable law. Do not send payment details in messages.
